Rose Tiles

Our rose tiles capture the best loved of all flowers in ceramic, hand decorated and kiln fired in the UK. From vintage blooms to fresh modern roses, they make timeless kitchen and bathroom wall tiles, splashbacks and feature panels.

Rose ceramic tiles drawn from antique botanical art

Most of these rose designs come from nineteenth century flower illustration rather than modern artwork. Named varieties such as La France, Celine Forestier, Monsieur Boncenne and the Damask rose appear as they were originally painted for botanical plates. That is why they sit so naturally in period kitchens, cottage bathrooms and vintage interiors, and why no two designs in the range repeat the same bloom.

Where rose wall tiles work best

A single rose tile set among plain tiles gives a splashback something to look at without taking over the room. A run of three or five along a worktop, above a bath or around a fireplace reads as deliberate rather than decorative filler. The larger 30x30cm tiles work as a standalone panel in the place a small picture would otherwise hang.

Sizes, finishes and prices

Every design here is available in 10x10cm, 13x13cm, 15x15cm, 20x20cm and 30x30cm, in a gloss or matt satin finish, and in either a standard or handmade tile finish. Prices start at £7.20 per tile. The decoration is fired into the glaze at high temperature, so it will not fade, scratch off or wash away.
