Kitchen wall tiles with something on them
Pears, red apples, grapes, cherries, sloe berries and sage sit naturally in a kitchen in a way that a formal flower can sometimes not. Set a few among plain tiles behind a hob, run them as a single course at eye level above a worktop, or tile a whole splashback in mixed designs so no two tiles repeat.
Built for the wall behind the cooking
These are glazed ceramic wall tiles, so they wipe clean and take heat and steam without the design lifting. The decoration is under the glaze rather than printed on top, which matters most in the one place in the house that gets scrubbed regularly.
Sizes, finishes and prices
Every design here is available in 10x10cm, 13x13cm, 15x15cm, 20x20cm and 30x30cm, in a gloss or matt satin finish, and in either a standard or handmade tile finish. Prices start at £7.20 per tile. The decoration is fired into the glaze at high temperature, so it will not fade, scratch off or wash away.
